The French revolution gets my attention every time I re-read the history. The best known events in the French revolution is thousands of French soldiers had provided help to the American colonists and the French government nicely helped out the Americans in an effort to undermine its British enemies, on the edge of bankruptcy that taxes were increased. In early 1793, King Louis XVI and Queen Marie Antoninette were executed an act of regicide that shocked traditionalists all across Europe and marked a new stage in revolutionary violence. The Spanish American revolution took place in the Spanish and Portuguese colonies of mainland Latin America.Native born elites in the Spanish colonies also known as “Creoles” were offended by the Spanish monarchy’s efforts during the eighteenth century to take over its colonies and charge them high taxes. Important figures are Simon Bolivar and Jose de San Martin, who both are creole sponsors of independence movements, both regional military leaders. They require the support of the people or at least some of them. if against Spanish forces.

Chapter 18- The Industrial Revolution
In my last blog, I mention how I will post part 2 of religion and science. To be honest I was to lazy and busy trying to do my other school assignments. Today's blog is going to be about the Industrial Revolution, how it change history forever. The first thought of this is how technology became more advance, thanks for the invention of science. This revolution open many doors of possibilities like iron and steel production, food processing, the telegraph and telephone and etc. Beginning in England, before any other country is every interesting, "It's landlord had long ago "enclosed" much agricultural land, pushing out the small farmers and producing for the market" (p.532). This quote got my attention, that the farming business was literally over, that it was now going to the cities. Chances were that a family who own a farm might have lost some workers to go the cities to get a job, which mean they can earn some money. While in the farm not all the product will sold, the other half would be for dinner. A good reason that the Industrial Revolution started in England, they were open about the idea of science, which promoted the technological goods. Another reason would be the inventors who were artisans or craftsmen rather than scientists.During, the industrial revolution social status were changing. The British Aristocracy, were having a hard time, mid-nineteenth century some thousands of families own more than half of the cultivated land most of them will leased to tenant farmers, who gained a job. Competition was at hand with businessmen, bankers and manufacturers; this group are gaining popularityand wealth, especially a important name and status in society. Two classes emerge; the Middle Classes and the Laboring Classes. The middle class were like the doctors, businessmen, lawyers, teachers, and etc. The laboring class were the workers in factories, farms, ports and etc. An interesting fact that the role of women in each class, middle class women were mothers, wives, and homemakers. The opposite is for the laboring class, women would work hard like the men, even married, she would have to work like husband. Later, in the nineteenth century middle class women, started to work as nurses and teachers.
